When you send a direct message to our Facebook Page (HomePros) or our Instagram business account, we receive that message through Meta's Messenger Platform. We may collect:

• Your name, username, and profile identifier as provided by Meta
• The content of your messages and any attachments you send
• The date and time of each message

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services. Messages and contact details are stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) so our team can follow up with you. Our messaging system is hosted by Cloudflare, and our team may receive instant notifications of new messages through a notification service. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you regarding real estate services you have requested
• Send you updates, reminders, and schedule notifications related to your real estate transaction
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

SMS / Text Message Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes related to real estate services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at broker@homeprosarizona.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We will delete your message data and associated contact record within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, and we will confirm by email once complete.
